Skylar Astin will return for Pitch Perfect 2!

Skylar Astin will return to Pitch Perfect 2 to reprise his role of Jesse, singer for the a capella group The Treblemakers.

This is really not news for Pitch Perfect fans since it was hinted before by the actor that he was returning for the sequel. We even got a few photos of him on set these past days since production started in Baton Rouge.

Anyhow, yesterday, Deadline.com confirmed officially the news that Skylar Astin will be returning for Pitch Perfect 2. He will be joining Anna Kendrick, Brittany Snow, Rebel Wilson and Adam DeVine among other original cast and new cast like Katey Sagal and Hailee Steinfeld.

With this confirmation almost everyone of the main cast of Pitch Perfect is returning for Pitch Perfect 2… We just have to wait if Anna Camp is returning too (*fingers crossed*).
